Makati City, Philippines—P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation has been recognized as one of Pag-IBIG Fund’s Top 10 Accredited Developers in the National Capital Region for 2024 — a prestigious honor that underscores the company’s unwavering commitment to making homeownership more attainable for Filipino families.
