Personal Collection (PC), a proudly Filipino-owned direct selling company, has been honored with the Philippines’ Best Employer Brand Award 2025 at the 20th Employer Branding Awards. This milestone recognizes PC’s unwavering commitment to building meaningful employee experiences that balance the needs of both the organization and its people.

The award celebrates the company’s mission of bringing the Great Life to everyone by creating a workplace where everyone feels supported, included, and empowered.  

Through the years, PC has been dedicated to implementing initiatives that focus on employee health and well-being.
